First Day

My first full day in Sao Paulo was hectic. We woke up to a breakfast of toast and fruit. Our first job as ambassadors was to introduce my host family to Vegemite, and they loved it!! I then went with my host family when we dropped Mat, Straith and Mathilde at the airport for there connecting flights to Florianopolis and Foz de Iguacu. After this we drove back into the city and stopped off at a shop that was full of rocks. From thunder eggs to huge stone Toucans it was massive. We then came home and had siesta. After this sleep I went out with my host sister, her boyfriend and two of their mates. We went to a Beatles themed restaurant for burgers. It was very nice. After this they gave me the midnight tour of Sao Paulo, visiting Avenida. Paulista which is a huge street which serves as the business centre. 

I am only just coming to grips with the enormity of this city. So on that note boa noite!
